I remember 2 years ago, there was all this talk of a Spanish revolution happening at my beloved Liverpool. Our Spanish coach brought in a bucketful of Spanish players, and because of the huge successes he’s achieved, I’m quite positively biased towards Spain now.

What’s not to like about it? It’s a beautiful country, with great Mediterranean weather and a classy culture. Flamenco, fashion and gorgeous people. Spain is also home to Zara, the fashion label. It could be home for you too, or at least a summer getaway. The coastal town of Costa Azahar is located in the Valencia region, and is a rapidly-developing real estate market.

Beach Property in Costa Azahar in the form of villas and condos are available. If sun and surf are not really your thing, mountain retreats are also an option as Costa Azahar is located at a meeting point of the mountains and the ocean. Those with an interest in history and culture can check out the medieval castles and cathedrals, dating back to the Middle Ages.
